The PPC/Digital Marketing Specialist role is a key addition to RedRover’s client production team and is not a position that often becomes available.

Successful candidates will have a portfolio of past PPC campaign strategies and documented outcomes as well as a thorough understanding of each of the levers that a digital marketer can pull to fully optimize a campaign.

Daily Activities Include: 

  • Implement pay-per-click media strategies for clients;
  • Execute daily account responsibilities associated with Google AdWords, Yahoo, Bing and other search platforms for a variety of clients;
  • Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics;
  • Manage the creation of large keyword lists;
  • Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates;
  • Manage display network placement lists on AdWords and through other contextual advertising platforms;
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals;
  • Manage new paid-search campaigns, ad groups and accounts;
  • Generate weekly and monthly client reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking and revenue tracking;
  • Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments;
  • Manage web analytic dashboards, reports and other key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance with client goals;
  • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels;
  • Communicate to team and management on project status, timelines, and results; and
  • Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Candidates should have a current Google Ads certification, have 2+ years of experience executing high-performing AdWords campaigns at a minimum of $10,000 per month in total ad spend, and be prepared to demonstrate the following. Note that onsite and offsite SEO experience is preferred but not required.
